The venue is spotlessly clean and reasonably spacious, views are particularly nice, the location is magnificent and amazing right by the centre of the city, beautiful atmospheric garden and Crete. Fancy and stylish rooms, plus the staff is amiable. Admirable service and the food is gorgeous. Keep in mind, the parking is on-site. The attached restaurant for breakfast is what you need.

I had fashionable, airy rooms with a high ceiling and blinds. It had appetising food, very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The breakfast was varied with hams and cheeses, as for instance and extremely helpful and caring staff. Very good service, though a few employees were so relaxed. I loved the stay here and would stay here again.

Well, the views were not so great here.

It's a tasteful small hotel with super and pleasant location in Old Town Rethymno district short walk to the centre of the shops and restaurants as well as Old Town Rethymno.

It is a sophisticated hotel with very modern interior design, fantastic location close enough to the old fort, the KTEL bus stop which is handy for transportation needs and great restaurants serving delicious, affordable Cretan cuisine. The services are amazing, including a great pool. They offer wake up service and ironing at no cost too.

Nice and charming accommodation with pleasant setting next to old city center as well as restaurants, shopping the beach and harbour.

Location: the hotel was so close to the city center with good breakfast, the interesting Old Town, and Rethymno, Crete. I loved staying at property and would stay here again.

Had very nicely furnished standard queen room with all the amenties as described and wake-up service was available in it. An attached restaurant was good at the front of the hotel serving good breakfast and other food.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The room we stayed in was spacious, bright, and had a split level design, which we loved. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with a double sink and all the necessary amenities. Despite being located in a busy touristy area, the hotel felt secluded and provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We also enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool area, which was a great spot to relax. The breakfast provided many options, and we appreciated that they could accommodate vegan preferences upon request.

The studios are very centrally located in a nice part of the old town. The common/outside areas are small but pretty, and there are some tables/ chairs spread around the patio where you can relax in a nice, quiet environment. The rooms are large, clean, simply but tastefully furnished. Very good value for money.

It was hard to find someone at the reception, but they did leave an emergency number. The shower was a bit small and had a curtain that wasn't very efficient in preventing water from spilling out - it required some skill to keep the bathroom dry.

The location of Pepi Boutique was absolutely perfect for exploring the charming old town of Rethymno. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and made fantastic restaurant recommendations. The breakfast served was delicious and the pool provided a nice escape from the city heat. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Rethymno.

The rooms are generous sized, contemporary, and come with a balcony and blinds. It offers very good service.

Very clean room with a nice decoration, recently renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. Moreover, it's in the middle of the old Rethymno town, and close to everything you need (restaurants, cafes, bars, the beach etc). The room was cleaned every day which was a nice surprise

The swimming pool is extremely small so if you plan on using it on your stay you should prefer to book somewhere else. The room could use a balcony
